Dr. P.V. Indrasena Rao is a post-graduate in Chemistry from the Osmania University (1982 batch) and holds a doctorate in Management Studies with specialization in Total Quality Management. His primary expertise is Quality Management & Control. He is a Certified Lead Auditor for various International Standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, 27001, 45001, and also National Standard IS 15700 (Public Service Quality). He worked with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) for over 32 years, starting as an Assistant Director and eventually retiring as Senior Scientist and Head of BIS’s Regional Lab (Chemicals Division). Dr. Indrasena also holds a MBA in Integrated Management Systems from the USA, and a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the Osmania University. Post retirement, Dr Indrasena remains active, contributing his vast expertise as a Trainer, Consultant and Quality Auditor. He has published a number of papers and also authored a book on Lab Management Systems titled “Good Laboratory Practices Through Application of International Standards”. He is a Life Member for National Institute of Quality & Reliability (NIQR), Association of Food Scientists and Technologists [AFST(I)], a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and is enrolled with the Bar Council of the state of Telangana.
Mr. Girish Deshmukh is an engineering graduate from the Govt. College of Engineering, Amravati & also holds a Masters degree in Management from the Shailesh J Mehta School of Management (SJMSOM), IIT – Bombay. He has worked for over 35 years in the Power, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Steel, Infrastructure and Aviation sectors. His functional domain expertise is in Projects Management, Supply Chain, Contracting, Business Development and Marketing & Strategy. During the course of his career in India, the Middle East and Singapore, he has held senior leadership positions in reputed multinational organizations. He also teaches as a visiting faculty at various reputed management schools in Mumbai, India. He has a special interest in the areas of Supply Chain, Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Global Operations and Strategy.
Gp Capt Krishna Murty is an Indian Air Force veteran with 3 decades of Administrative service. He is a passionate soft-skills trainer with a consummate flair for communication skills, public speaking, personality development, interpersonal relationships, leadership and behavioural studies. He was a Senior Instructor in Air Force Academy and implemented skill development modules for cross-functional & cross-cultural training focused on team building & leadership skills. His domain expertise includes General Administration, Budgetary Control, HR, Learning and Development.
Mr. Deepak Jakate has over 30 years experience in industry, academics & consulting. He is a B.Tech–IT (Metallurgical Engineering) from the Benares Hindu University and holds a PGDM (Operations & Finance) from IIM - Bengaluru. His industry experience pertains to Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Process Re-engineering, Project Management and Strategic Planning. . He has worked in business groups like Asian Paints, Tatas & Reliance. Mr. Jakate was erstwhile, a full-time core faculty at the SPJIM (Mumbai) as an Associate Professor (Manufacturing & Operations). He is currently a guest / visiting faculty at several reputed management institutions both in India & abroad. Mr. Deepak Jakate is also the founder & managing partner of “Envision Management Services”, that focuses on business advisory, consulting, research & corporate training in the areas of Strategy, Supply Chain & Logistics, Six Sigma, Leadership and BPR and has Coca Cola (I) Ltd., Mahindra & Mahindra, GE (India) and Tata Motors within its clientele.
A post graduate in Economics from Fergusson College, Pune & a post graduate diploma holder in Management from the Pune University, he has a total of 30+ years of extensive experience in International Logistics & Training, working with some of the well-known multinationals in the logistics industry, having held senior managerial positions before shifting to academics. He is a professional trainer for International Logistics & Soft Skills. Apart from the above skills, his area of interest includes Personality Development.
Mr. Chandan Rane has expertise in marketing, operations and merchandising within Retail. He has handled these functions in pure-play retail entities like FAD International School Of Business & Communication, Just Lifestyle, Deal Global Fashion Ltd., Welspun Global and Shoppers Stop Ltd. which inclusively represent his two-decade old industry experience. Mr. Rane holds a PGDBM from the Wellingikar Institute of Management (Pune) and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from the Bhartiya Vidya Peeth HMCT (Pune).
